There are two ways you can alert us to a problem or submit a request for assistance. These are as follows:
Once you have submitted your query with which ever method you choose, you can keep track of your request by logging into our web portal. If you already have a password, you can log in here to view your tickets. If you have not logged into the web portal before, you will need to set a password. To do that, please go here. Your username is the email address you used for your query. You can also reset your password here if you've forgotten it.
