This guide shows you how to clear your outstanding legacy training requests, ready for you to then migrate your legacy training records to the updated myhrtoolkit Training module.
How to Action the Legacy Requests
To view and action your legacy training requests, follow the steps below:
- Login and navigate to
Management > Message Board.
- You should see a "New Training System Migration" message advising how many legacy training requests are outstanding. Click the "Review Training Requests" button to view the requests.
- Above the training year drop-down menu, click the link labelled "Show All Records" to ensure you're viewing all requests.
- Lastly, accept or decline all requests.
Note: If while following these steps, you cannot see the "New Training System Migration" message, check the troubleshooting section below.
Legacy Request Visibility Troubleshooting
As mentioned above, if you don't see the "New Training System Migration" message on your Management-level Message Board, follow the steps below to ensure your account is setup to see that message.
- Navigate to
Setup & Admin > Training Requests (Legacy Version)
- Set the option to either "All Controllers" or to the "Selected Employee(s)" if your name is featured on that list.
- Navigate to
Management > Message Boardto see the message.
