What is Employee Files?
Employee Files is a tool that is available for Managaers to access if your organisation's Controller has provided access to this feature.
It offers similar functionality to the Management area. However, rather than viewing all users you manage, Employee Files is used to drill down into a specific team member's information.
Employees can be selected by either searching for their name or by choosing them from a drop-down menu.

What information can I see in Employee Files?
When you've selected an employee, you will have similar menu options to the Management dashboard. These will include areas such as Holidays, Absence, Document Libarary etc. with the Exception of the Summary Sheet menu option.
What is the Summary Sheet?
The Summary Sheet (pictured above) gives you an overview of the selected employee by showing live information such as holidays, absence details, basic pay information, access rights and more.
There are also quick links on the Summary Sheet which make it easier to perform various actions including the ability to mark an employee as absent, sending a message and more.
Why can't I see some of the employees I manage?
If you can't see anyone, this suggests that they have not been allocated to you as a member of your team.
You will need to speak with your organisation's Controller and ask them to review the users allocated to your team.
