Your myhrtoolkit account contains a wide range of help guides which can be found by clicking either the help link in the top right hand corner or help button on the toolbar.

In some areas of myhrtoolkit, there is also video help available on the toolbar which looks like this.
These guides provide useful information for the areas you're viewing which may answer any queries you have.
Another thing to check is to make sure that the browser that you're using is its latest version.

If you don't find the answer to your query in these guides, you can raise a ticket by selecting the Submit a request.
