Your myhrtoolkit account contains a wide range of help guides which can be found by clicking either the help link in the top right hand corner or help button on the toolbar.

You can use the help centre's search bar to find a guide which might help you.
You can also use Google. For example, to find information about resetting a user password, Google search "myhrtoolkit reset user password". Putting myhrtoolkit at the beginning of your search is important.
Failing all else, you can select the Submit a Request button at the top right and raise a support ticket.
