Where do I go?
To withdraw a holiday request, the first thing you need to do is log into your account and navigate to
Myhome > Holidays > Holiday Summary.
What will I see?
The first thing you'll see is your holiday summary. This let's you know what your annual entitlement is, how many holidays you've booked/taken and how much holiday you have left to take in the current holiday year.
Underneath your holiday summary, you'll see a list of all the holidays that you've either requested, booked or taken.
To the right of all your future holidays will be the option to either "Withdraw request" or "Withdraw Holiday".
If you've sent a holiday request and it hasn't been approved or declined, you'll have the option to withdraw your request. This will remove your request from the system and your manager will no longer see this request.
If you've sent a holiday request and it has been accepted, you'll have the option to request a withdrawal. This will send your manager another request for them to approve or decline the withdrawal.
