After recording a training record that has already been undertaken, employees, their line manager or a controller can set a reminders for when these need to be renewed.
Below is an example of creating a reminder.
- Purpose of Reminder: First Aid certificate due for renewal
- Deadline: Second Monday in February. (There is the option to set a specific date)
- No repetition
- Every Month
- Every 3 months
- Every 6 months
- Every year
- Send me a reminder:
- 1 day before deadline
- 1 week before deadline
- 1 month before deadline
- 6 weeks before deadline
- 2 months before deadline
- 3 months before deadline
Training reminders set by employees display to the line manager in the manager's
Myhome > My tasks.
Here, the manager can upload documents or notes related to the training. The manager can also confirm a deadline as being complete.
Managers can edit reminders that have been created in their employee's training record via
Management > Training.
This includes amending the training deadline.
Deleting a Training Reminder
Only managers and controllers can delete training reminders.
This can be done by navigating to
Management > Task delegator.
