The Toolkit offers a searchable employee directory that publishes employees' contact details. Employees can ask their controllers to be included in, or excluded from, the directory.
The employee directory is found in
Myhome > Employee directory.
Note: When using the mobile app's employee directory, it will reflect the detials and employees set in the areas below.

Set Details to be Shown
If you navigate to
Setup & Admin > Setup employee directory > Details you are able to choose which details about employee's you'd like to be visible in the employee directory.
The details you can choose to show are as follows:
- Known as
- Geographical location
- Job title
- Work telephone
- Extension number
- Mobile (work) number
- Mobile (private) number
- Email (work)
- Skype name
Set Employees to be Shown
After you've chose which details you'd like to show, you can then move on to choose which employees you'd like to share those details about.
Do this by navigating to
Setup & Admin > Setup employee directory > Employees.
On this page you have a radio button at the top where you can choose to "Show all" or "Manually select" which users to show in the employee directory.
If 'manually select' is chosen, you can use the tick boxes in the employee list to choose who to show.
Alternatively, you can use the quick-selection tools on the right.
Uploading Employee Photos
You are able to upload employee photos by navigating to
Setup & Admin > Employees photos and selecting the 'Upload photo' button so you can select a file from your machine.
When uploading an image, it must meet the following requirements:
- Be equal to, or less than 1000 pixels wide and 1000 pixels high.
- Be less then 15mb.
- Be one of the following formats:
